AVB BANK- MUTLI-YEAR SEASON TITLE SPONSOR AVB was founded in 1905 by investor and land owner, G.A. Brown... two years before Oklahoma statehood! The Bank's original 1905 location, at the corner of Main and Dallas in downtown Broken Arrow, is now the corporate headquarters and one of AVB's four branches. Through the continued leadership and involvement of the Brown-Kimbrough family (now in its fourth generation of active management), the contributions of former presidents K.M. Rowe and Virginia Johnson, and the current management team led by Chairman Kelley Kimbrough-Rash, AVB has grown to over $260M in assets. With a strong commitment to community service, sound lending practices, and providing quality products and services, AVB continues to grow and is looking forward to the next century of being the community bank of choice in Broken Arrow and Tulsa. AVB became the first multi-year Season Sponsor for the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center in the summer of 2009 during the facility's inaugural season. The long-standing partnership between AVB and the BAPAC has been one of mutual benefit and support of the arts. |

BROKEN ARROW CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU The BA CVB is a not-for-profit organization supported by transient room tax, government budget allocations, private membership or a combination of any or all three. The bureau in each city, county or region has three prime responsibilities: A CVB does not actually organize meetings and conventions. It does, however, help meeting planners and visitors learn about the destination and area attractions and make the best possible use of all the services and facilities the destination has to offer. Our mission statement: To market and promote Broken Arrow as a leisure, cultural and recreational destination. |
